On the 3rd of July we went up to Papa's house to spend time with family. Erin had some of her cousins come from Utah. As you can tell they had lots of fun in the pool and on trampoline. Erin is having fun jumping off the side of the pool and going down the slide. We knew she would sleep well that night. We just didn't know when she would fal a sleep. It was about 10pm when she finally crashed fo r the night. The 4th was a busy day for our family. It started off by going to the Ward pancake breakfast. 8:00am they had the flag raising ceremony. After that they had a Ward Court of Honor. Then we got to eat our pancakes and watch the youth put on a Samoan dance rutine. From there we went back to Papa's house for more swimming & eating. And then again, more swimming. Erin got a nice tan, but her mom had to put something over her shoulders as they were feeling very warm. Thankfully no sunburn. :) After eating you can only guess what Erin wanted to do. Yep you guess it, more swimming. She's turning into our waterbug. She loves the pool. It's hard to believe that she can now stand flat footed in the shallow end with her head above water. She wants to take off her flooties, but mommy won't let her do that quite yet. I have, but for a few minutes at a time.
